By deploying AI Builder from Azure Marketplace, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not deploy or use the service.
AI Builder is an AI-powered data intelligence platform deployed as:
Trial Period: 14-day free trial with limited features.
Paid Plans: Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually via Azure Marketplace.
Overage Charges: Usage beyond plan limits incurs overage charges (see pricing page).
Payment: All payments processed through Microsoft Azure. We do not store payment information.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DataPrepPlatform for the duration of your subscription.
You agree NOT to:
Your Data: You retain all rights to data you upload, create, or process.
Our Data: We retain rights to the software, documentation, and aggregate usage statistics.
License Server Uptime: 99.9% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance).
Your Deployment: Uptime depends on your Azure resources (we are not responsible).
Support: Email support within 24 hours (Standard), 4 hours (Professional), 1 hour (Enterprise).
By You: Cancel anytime via Azure Portal. No refunds for partial months.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate for:
Effect: Upon termination, your license expires and access is revoked. Backup your data before cancelling.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, violation of terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
